October is of course the month when the nights get longer, the days get shorter and darker, the temperature drops and we start needing more comfort food to warm us through. Now it is November and this is definitely the case! Warming slow cooked recipes to the rescue!

Thanks for letting me know about this link up. I’m a fan of slow cooked puddings, the cake looks lovely.

It never would have occurred to me to roast a pumpkin in my crockpot—great idea!! These all look so yummy. I’m especially excited to try your Paprika Pork Goulash: that looks like pure comfort food!
