Berry Smoothie

A quick to make berry smoothie made with frozen berries and your preferred milk

Ingredients

  • 400 g mixed frozen berries
  • 500 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp runny honey

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in your blender.
    400 g mixed frozen berries, 500 ml unsweetened almond milk, 1 tbsp runny honey
  • Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth and thick.
  • Serve.

Notes

Swap the almond milk for your preferred dairy or plant milk - oat milk, semi-skimmed, rice milk, soya milk.
Use Greek or natural yoghurt for a richer thicker taste.
Add in any fresh fruit you have in the fridge that needs to be used up.
Add in your favourite smoothie additions - flax seeds, linseed, vegetable or protein powders.
