400 g mixed frozen berries, 500 ml unsweetened almond milk, 1 tbsp runny honey
Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth and thick.
Serve.
Notes
Swap the almond milk for your preferred dairy or plant milk - oat milk, semi-skimmed, rice milk, soya milk.Use Greek or natural yoghurt for a richer thicker taste.Add in any fresh fruit you have in the fridge that needs to be used up.Add in your favourite smoothie additions - flax seeds, linseed, vegetable or protein powders.
