Strawberries and Cream Mug Cake
A summery microwave mug cake made with cream instead of eggs and butter, with strawberries.

In a mug, mix the flour, sugar and single cream thoroughly.
10 tsp self-raising flour, 8 tsp caster sugar (superfine sugar), 6 tbsp single cream
Add the strawberries in and stir into the cake mix.
2-3 strawberries
Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, until the mug cake has risen and is cooked through.
Serve with extra strawberries and cream.
