Slow Cooker Caribbean Chicken Curry
An everyday simple chicken curry West Indian/Caribbean style, cooked in your slow cooker

- 2 small red onions diced
- 1 red pepper diced
- 4 medium potatoes diced quite small
- 3 large chicken breasts cubed
- 4 tsp medium curry powder
- 250 ml water
- 1 tsp chicken stock concentrate or 1 chicken stock cube
Put all the ingredients in the slow cooker and mix well.

Turn the slow cooker on low and cook for 8 hrs.
Serve with rice and peas.
