Ingredients

  • 2 small red onions diced
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 4 medium potatoes diced quite small
  • 3 large chicken breasts cubed
  • 4 tsp medium curry powder
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tsp chicken stock concentrate or 1 chicken stock cube

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in the slow cooker and mix well.
    2 small red onions, 1 red pepper, 4 medium potatoes, 3 large chicken breasts, 4 tsp medium curry powder, 250 ml water, 1 tsp chicken stock concentrate
  • Turn the slow cooker on low and cook for 8 hrs.
  • Serve with rice and peas.
