Papaya and Apple Ice Lollies

A sugar free ice lolly made with just fruit, perfect for kids this summer

  • 2 ripe papayas
  • 2 sweet apples cored and chopped (skin on)


  • It is so simple! Remove the seeds from the papayas, and scoop the flesh out using a teaspoon. Chop up the apples.
  • Place the papaya and apple in a blender and blend till smooth.
  • Pour into lolly moulds (makes 6), put in the lolly sticks. Freeze overnight and serve!
