Slow Cooker Banana Butter

  • Slice the bananas and place them in the slow cooker pot.
    4 bananas
  • Add the other ingredients and cook on low for 4 hours.
    2 tsp ground cinnamon, 2 tsp vanilla bean extract, 75 g dark Muscovado sugar
  • After 30 minutes, stir.
  • Once finished, carefully blend.
  • Store in the fridge in a covered pot or freeze in individual portions.
