Slow Cooker West Indian Chicken Curry
An everyday simple chicken curry West Indian style
- 2 small red onions diced
- 1 red pepper diced
- 4 medium sized potatoes diced quite small
- 3 large chicken breasts cubed
- 4 tsp medium curry powder
- 250 ml water with a dash of liquid chicken stock concentrate
Put all the ingredients in the slow cooker and mix well.
Turn the slow cooker on low and cook for 8 hrs.
Serve with rice and peas.
