Add the melted and chopped chocolate and mix well.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Fold in the flour gently.
Pour the mixture in your prepared pan or pot.
Press the Oreos into the mixture gently.
Place a tea towel under the lid of your slow cooker to catch drips.
Turn the slow cooker onto high and cook for 1-2 hours.
Take it out when there is only a slight wobble left in the centre.
Allow to cool completely before removing the blondies from the silicon pan, so it doesn't break up. Cut into slices to serve!
Notes
If you have a large slow cooker like mine, use a metal or silicon cake pan in your pot. If you have a small one (3.5 litre or smaller), grease and line the pot with baking paper, and put the mix directly in the pot. I used a silicon pan, which I sprayed with Lurpak baking spray to prevent sticking.
