    Slow Cooker Honey Balsamic Chilli Pork

    I love to throw a few store cupboard ingredients into the slow cooker and come back to a tasty meal. Here I have marinaded pork in a simple mix of store cupboard ingredients to add loads of flavour. Slow cooker honey balsamic chilli pork tastes good and you will make it again and again when you find out how easy it is.

    Slow Cooker Honey Balsamic Chilli Pork

    This recipe is so simple. Just mix together a few ingredients and pour them over your meat then cook on low all day. What could be easier!

    Recipe:

    • A joint of pork (I used loin)
    • 1 tsp chilli powder
    • Salt and pepper
    • 3-4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • 100 ml chicken stock
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tbsp runny honey

    Method:

    Season the pork with the chilli, salt and pepper. Pour over the mixture of vinegar, stock and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the honey on top.
    Turn the slow cooker on high and cook for 4 hours, or for 8 on low.
