Tips for best results

• Brown your minced beef/ground beef before cooking in a dish like chilli or bolognese for the best texture.
• Sear the edges of beef roasting joints/roasts before cooking to add flavour.
• Use cuts made for slow cooking (with high connective tissue) - think brisket, beef shin.
