Here you will find all my slow cooker casserole and stew recipes. Slow cookers are brilliant to cook a warming casserole during the colder months. It saves on energy to cook a dish slowly in a slow cooker (typically using the same energy as a light bulb) rather than in the oven all day. You'll return home to a meal that is ready to eat.

Most popular are my slow cooker sausage casserole as well as my chicken and beef and chorizo casseroles. So good served with crusty bread and green veg!
