    Jam, Curd and Preserves

    Making jams and curds with summer fruits is a marvellous way to preserve summer berries and fruits so you can still enjoy them in the winter months. Here you will find recipes for my favourite fruit jams, curds and nut butters, which are all simple to make at home.
